    Create a project
    A wizard asks a couple of questions: apartment or house, who lives there, target budget. Then — the editor.

    Build the plan
    Upload a plan from the developer or a photo of a drawing — the wizard sets the scale and traces the walls. Or draw it yourself: areas are computed automatically.

    Furniture and utilities
    Place furniture, sockets, lighting, plumbing. Not sure how — just ask: “arrange the furniture”.
  4. 4
    Documents and estimate
    A builder-ready document pack in one archive + an estimate from your plan’s quantities, exportable to Excel.

Do I need construction or CAD experience?

Is AI required?
